ASW

Associate Therapist

The best therapists are the therapists who are trying to make therapy irrelevant. Instead of assuming something is shameful or wrong, what if it isn’t? What if your actions in life make complete sense based on genetic and environmental circumstances outside of your control? Too much of our lives are filled with shame, self-doubt and a lack of compassion towards ourselves. If we can enter a place of curiosity and compassion towards ourselves, this is where healing can truly begin.

My goal is never to keep people in therapy forever, but rather to give people the tools and most importantly the confidence to tackle life's most difficult questions. I believe in the internal goodness of all human beings.

As a therapist, I provide a non-judgmental environment, where I will provide a constant reminder that you are enough. I push clients and remind them to see the good in themselves and others around them.

Background & Licensure

As a Masters of Social Work graduate from the University of Southern California and graduate of Masters of Teaching from Relay Graduate School in New York, my background consists of education and mental health.

Having worked in a variety of settings, my clients have a wide range of symptoms, from relationship issues with friends, partners and families to an inner monologue that prevents them from sleeping at night. Drawing on different approaches from DBT to self-compassion, I want my clients to walk away from therapy believing that they always have access to the best therapist, themselves. I want them to believe that they have the right habits and tools to confront life's challenges.  And more than anything, I want them to know that they are a good person and have so much to offer those around them.
