Associate Therapist

Elle seeks to support her clients in navigating their own experiences by building a foundation of safety and empowerment.  Elle believes that therapy is for everyone and finding the right therapist is key for progress. In working with Elle, she holds space for clients to explore dysregulating or uncomfortable experiences and shares effective strategies to better handle life’s challenges. 

 
 

To holistically address her client’s goals, Elle integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic techniques. Elle specializes in working with adults and adolescents experiencing depression, ADHD, PTSD, and anxiety. Additional areas of focus include relational difficulties, anger management, low self-esteem, stress management, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. She is passionate about working with adolescents and young adults, addressing challenges that arise during these formative years. 

 
 

Background & Licensure


Elle is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her B.A. in Sociology with a Health and Wellness minor from The George Washington University and her M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.
