National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) - Health and Education designed for the public, provides information about mental health issues, treatments and research. 

National Alliance on Mental Illness -  Mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for those affected by mental illness. NAMI advocates for access to services, treatment, support and research in its commitment to raise awareness and build community. 

SAMHSA - The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is a federal agency with a mission of facilitating recovery for people with or at risk for mental or substance use disorders.

TARA - The Treatment and Research Advancements Association for Personality Disorder, TARA, an organization whose mission is to foster education and research in the field of personality disorders.

DBT Self Help - This site is written primarily by people who have been through DBT, not DBT professionals. For this reason, consider the source of any given document. 

NEABPD - This website is in place to raise public awareness and promote research on borderline personality disorder as well as enhance the quality of life of those affected by this mental illness.
