Monica has a diverse background with over 15 years of combined experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite Executives and IT Project Management overseeing HIPAA-compliant and learning management systems (LMS) implementations in non-profit health care and universities. She attended Golden Gate University in the Silicon Valley Bay Area, with a concentration in IT Management.
She is a strong believer in the learning never stops and continues her education by taking courses to stay competitive with technology trends to ensure she applies industry standards and best practices in the work she is passionate about in the mental health field.
She enjoys working behind the scenes helping support efforts to ensure the technology here at Guidepost-DBT is aligned with our mission to provide evidence-based practice to enhance our clients' treatment and overall experience with our center.
