How much does therapy cost?

The cost of DBT therapy varies based on the organization you’re working with and your specific therapist's level or experience. It may also depend on your ability to get reimbursement from insurance (read about how we handle insurance). 

Our individual therapy rates at Guidepost DBT, vary depending on your therapist’s level of experience.  Our associates offer the lowest rates as they have relatively less experience. That said, they are actively supervised by a master DBT therapist or licensed DBT therapist. Our licensed therapists have DBT experience but have not completed formal training yet so their rates are in the middle tier. Licensed DBT therapists have completed DBT training and our master DBT therapists are certified by the Linehan board of certification, the latter offers the highest rate.

Note, we require that clients provide official documents that outline financial hardship to be eligible for our limited sliding scale rates.
